1. Legal Notice

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) define the conditions under which the company provides passenger transport services by private hire vehicle (VTC), exclusively upon prior reservation.

3. Booking

  • Bookings can be made via:

    • By email: contact@emeraude-drivers.fr
    • By phone: 0771768455.
  • The customer must provide: name, contact details, pick-up and drop-off address, date and time of pick-up, number of passengers, and any luggage.
  • The booking is confirmed only after validation by the Service Provider.

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are determined according to [calculation method: fixed rate / mileage + time / possible supplements].
  • The prices indicated are in Euros, including all taxes (TTC/VAT included).
  • Accepted payment methods are: Credit Card (CB), cash, Paypal.
  • Payment is made at the time of booking or at the end of the journey.
  • An invoice is issued to the customer upon request.

5. Cancellation and Modification

  • Any cancellation must be notified at least 5 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • In case of customer no-show at the agreed location, 50% of the total service fee will be due.

6. Customer Obligations

  • Comply with safety rules (wearing a seat belt, proper conduct).
  • Smoking, consuming alcohol or narcotics in the vehicle is prohibited.
  • The customer is responsible for damages caused intentionally or through negligence to the vehicle.

7. Service Provider Obligations

  • Provide a compliant, clean, maintained, and insured vehicle.
  • Ensure punctuality, except in cases of force majeure or independent circumstances (accident, traffic jam, weather, etc.).
  • Ensure driving is in compliance with the Highway Code and passenger safety.

8. Liability

  • The Service Provider is responsible only for the transport service provided.
  • The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for delays related to traffic, strikes, weather conditions, or any case of force majeure.
  • Baggage remains the responsibility of the customer.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services.

10. Personal Data

The collected information is necessary for booking management and customer follow-up. It is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and erasure by writing to contact@emeraude-drivers.fr.

11. Mediation and Disputes


In case of dispute, the consumer customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator appointed by the company. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the Service Provider’s registered office.
Acceptance of the GTC: The booking of a ride implies the customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
